Object Tilt Monitor – Intelligent Structural Safety MonitoringHigh-Precision 3-Axis Tilt Monitoring & Real-Time Early Warning

Product Overview About Object Tilt Monitor
The Object Tilt Monitor provides continuous, high-precision monitoring of structural tilt and displacement. Using three-axis sensing, intelligent filtering, and remote data transmission, it helps identify subtle changes in communication towers before they develop into more serious structural risks.
The Object Tilt Monitor continuously measures tilt across the X, Y, and Z axes to determine both the direction and angle of structural movement. Measurement accuracy reaches ±0.1° on the X and Y axes and ±0.5° on the Z axis, allowing subtle tilt and settlement that may be difficult to identify through visual inspection to be detected.
Built-in wind-vibration filtering, temperature-drift compensation, and steady-state determination algorithms help distinguish temporary tower movement caused by wind from persistent structural tilt. This reduces interference and supports more reliable early detection of abnormal structural changes.

Monitoring data can be transmitted through 4G Cat.1 wireless communication or an RS485 bus to the monitoring platform. Offline data caching and automatic retransmission after network recovery help maintain monitoring continuity at remote or unattended tower sites.
The cloud monitoring platform automatically collects tilt data, generates deformation curves, analyzes tilt trends, and determines potential risk levels. Alerts can be delivered through the computer platform, mobile mini program, and SMS, supporting 24/7 unattended structural monitoring and timely response.

Application Areas for Object Tilt Monitor
The Object Tilt Monitor is designed for continuous structural tilt and displacement monitoring across communication infrastructure. It helps identify risks caused by foundation settlement, severe weather, construction disturbance, geological movement, and structural deterioration.
Communication Tower Safety Monitoring
Deploy the Object Tilt Monitor on monopole towers, lattice towers, three-legged towers, rooftop towers, guyed towers, and other fixed communication structures. Continuous X, Y, and Z-axis monitoring helps identify subtle structural tilt and deformation that may be difficult to detect through routine visual inspection.
Foundation Settlement Monitoring
Monitor gradual, directional tilt caused by uneven foundation settlement, aging or cracked concrete foundations, and changes in soft or backfilled soil. Long-term trend data can reveal progressive movement and support earlier investigation and corrective maintenance.
Severe Weather & Geological Risk Monitoring
For towers exposed to strong winds, typhoons, heavy rainfall, mountainous slopes, and landslide-prone areas, intelligent filtering helps distinguish temporary wind-induced vibration from persistent structural tilt. Monitoring frequency can also be increased during severe weather and flood seasons.
Construction & Structural Deformation Monitoring
Nearby excavation, roadwork, pile construction, corrosion, loose bolts, and component fatigue can cause sudden or progressive tower movement. The Object Tilt Monitor tracks changes in tilt and tilt rate, enabling rapid alerts for abnormal displacement and supporting targeted inspection and reinforcement.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Discover answers to common questions about balancing valves, including their purpose, benefits, and how they improve system efficiency.
01
01
The Object Tilt Monitor continuously measures tilt across the X, Y, and Z axes, allowing the monitoring system to determine the direction and angle of structural movement as well as changes in tilt over time. It is designed to detect subtle structural deformation that may be difficult to identify through visual inspection.
02
02
The device provides a measurement accuracy of ±0.1° on the X and Y axes and ±0.5° on the Z axis. This enables the system to identify small changes associated with tower tilt, structural deformation, and foundation settlement.
03
03
Yes. The device incorporates wind-vibration filtering, temperature-drift compensation, and steady-state determination algorithms. During strong winds or typhoons, the system filters high-frequency, small-amplitude, reciprocating movement and focuses on persistent directional changes that may indicate structural tilt.
04
04
The Object Tilt Monitor supports 4G Cat.1 wireless communication and RS485 communication. It also supports offline data caching and retransmission after network recovery, helping maintain data continuity at remote or unattended sites with unstable network coverage.
05
05
Yes. According to the product specifications, the device has an IP68 protection rating and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is intended for outdoor environments exposed to rain, snow, frost, dust, strong winds, and extreme temperatures.
