YC-1610 Low Voltage VFD

Multi Jet Dry Dial Brass Water Meter for Cold Water

This multi jet dry dial water meter is designed to record the total volume of cold water flowing through a service pipe. Its brass body houses a multi-jet measuring chamber and a hermetically sealed dry dial register, combining stable long-term accuracy with reliable mechanical transmission. The meter is built to ISO 4064 standards and manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality system.

Key Features of The Multi Jet Dry Dial Brass Water Meter

📊 Wide Flow Range with High Accuracy

The multi-jet measuring principle distributes flow through multiple inlet ports, driving the impeller evenly and maintaining accuracy across a broad flow range — from minimum flow (Q1) up to overload flow (Q4). The stable performance curve makes the meter suitable for applications where flow rates vary significantly.

🔒 Vacuum-Sealed Dry Dial Register

The counter is vacuum-sealed and completely separated from the water flow. The dial glass will not fog or accumulate condensation, and the register remains legible in long-term service. Unlike wet dial meters, the dry dial does not discolor or fade.

🛡️ Anti-Magnetic Structure

The meter features a magnetic drive with an anti-magnetic shield, protecting the reading from interference by external magnetic fields. This tamper-resistant design ensures the recorded volume cannot be manipulated by placing magnets near the meter.

🏗️ Corrosion-Resistant Brass Body

The brass housing is made from high-quality corrosion-resistant material, providing durability and a long service life. The brass body also resists the effects of hard water and scaling better than plastic or cast-iron alternatives.

📉 Low Pressure Loss

The internal flow path and multi-jet design keep pressure loss low — less than 0.063 MPa at permanent flow rate (Q3). This helps preserve line pressure and reduces pumping energy costs.

⚙️ Stable and Reliable Transmission

The mechanical transmission system is simple, robust, and reliable. With no electronic components in the measuring chain, the meter operates consistently under a wide range of conditions and requires minimal maintenance.
